These Terms apply to the myclo pre-launch website and waitlist. By browsing, submitting info, or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

definitions

• Service. The myclo pre-launch website and related waitlist experience.
• App. The upcoming Myclo mobile application (will have separate terms at launch).
• User Content. Content you submit or upload (e.g., feedback, future closet photos).
• We / Us. MYCLO INC.

eligibility

• You are at least 13 years old.
• If acting for a company, you are authorized to bind that company.
• Do not submit information about children under 13.

waitlist & communications

• Waitlist signups are currently paused on this pre-launch website, and we are not collecting waitlist personal information here right now.
• If waitlist signups are enabled later, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before collecting personal information.
• This pre-launch site does not collect closet photos or outfit data; the App will have its own terms and privacy policy at launch.

accounts & security (future app)

• You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials and for activities under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

user content & license (future app)

• You must have rights to the content you upload.
• You grant MYCLO INC. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use User Content to operate and improve the Service/App, subject to your privacy settings.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

acceptable use

• Do not break laws, infringe IP, scrape, hack, spam, distribute malware, or attempt to bypass security.
• Do not overload the Service or interfere with others' use.
• Do not post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

intellectual property

• The Service, brand, and content are owned by MYCLO INC. or licensors. You may view for personal, non-commercial use.
• Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

third-party services & links

• Third-party links or services are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for them.
• If you use a mobile app store, you must also follow that store's terms.

beta; changes; availability

• Pre-launch features are experimental and may change, be suspended, or be removed without notice.
• The Service may be unavailable at times.

disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYCLO INC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at $50.

indemnity

You will indemnify and hold MYCLO INC. harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

disputes; arbitration; class waiver

• To the extent allowed by law, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Rules in San Francisco, CA.
• Small-claims actions may proceed in small-claims court.
• Class actions and class arbitrations are waived.
• If arbitration is found unenforceable, exclusive jurisdiction and venue are in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

export & compliance

You will not use the Service in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

termination

We may suspend or end access at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, dispute resolution) will survive.

changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
