These Terms apply to your use of myclo.ai (the "Site"), run by MYCLO INC. ("MYCLO," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. Our products have their own terms, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

About the Site

The Site is for general information only.

• Products and spaces marked "coming soon" are plans. They may change or not launch.
• The roles listed aren't open positions. Emailing us about one isn't a job application and doesn't create any obligation to hire.
• Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell securities, a request for investment, or professional advice.

Using the Site

The Site and its content, including the MYCLO name and logo, belong to MYCLO INC. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy our content, use our name or logo without permission, or misuse the Site, for example by trying to break into it or disrupt it.

You agree to indemnify MYCLO INC. against any claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Other companies' names

Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and Microsoft are trademarks of their owners. We name them only to describe where our founders have worked. It doesn't mean they're affiliated with or endorse MYCLO.

Ideas you send us

If you send us ideas, proposals, or feedback, they aren't confidential, and we may use them, or develop similar ideas on our own, without any obligation to you. Please don't send us confidential information.

Disclaimers and liability

We provide the Site "as is," without warranties and with no promise that it's accurate, complete, or always available, and we may change or remove it at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, MYCLO INC. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Governing law

Delaware law governs these Terms, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept it. If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
